VIBE Wallet End User License Agreement (Desk)
Version 1.0 – DRAFT 2026-09-28 (pending counsel review)

Licensor: Old Growth Crypto ("we").
"Software" means the VIBE Wallet desktop application, browser extension,
and related files we distribute, EXCEPT components that are licensed under
their own open-source licenses (including vibe-vault, licensed under the
GNU GPL v3; see NOTICE). Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those
open-source licenses.

1. License. We grant you a free, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or
   control.
2. Restrictions. You may not: (a) sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the
   Software, modified or not, except unmodified copies obtained from our
   official channels for personal sharing; (b) remove or alter proprietary
   notices; (c) use the VIBE Wallet name or logo for a modified version;
   (d) reverse engineer the Software except to the extent this restriction is
   prohibited by applicable law. Good-faith security research under our
   SECURITY.md policy is expressly permitted.
3. Your keys and funds. The Software is self-custodial. Private keys are held
   by vibe-vault on your device; we never have access to them and cannot
   recover lost keys, passwords, or funds. You are solely responsible for
   your transactions, including verifying them in the vault confirmation
   screen before approving.
4. Third-party services. Features such as price data, swap routing (which
   includes a disclosed referral fee), RPC nodes, AI assistants and
   property lookups are provided by third parties listed in
   network-connections.md and are subject to their terms. They may change or
   stop at any time.
5. No financial advice. Nothing in the Software is investment, tax, or legal
   advice.
6. Updates. The Software may check for updates; it does not install them
   without your action.
7. Disclaimer. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
   EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
   PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of liability. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT
   LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR
   ANY LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE
   GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES YOU
   PAID OLD GROWTH CRYPTO FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE
   THE CLAIM.
9. Termination. This license ends automatically if you breach it. Sections
   3, 5, 7, 8 and 10 survive.
10. Law. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, United
    States, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes is
    the state and federal courts located in California. Mandatory consumer
    protections in your country still apply.
11. Trademarks. "VIBE Wallet" and the VIBE logo are trademarks of the Licensor.
