Using this site

These terms cover vibewallet.net (including VibeSwap, Explore, Promote, List, Pay, Themes, Charts, Grok, the board, and this legal set), the Linux VIBE Wallet packages we publish, the optional GNOME chips, and the Connect plugin. If you do not agree, do not use them. We can change this page. The dated copy here is the one that applies.

You must be 18, or the age of majority where you live. Use is only where it is lawful. We do not offer the desk or the swap to people we are prohibited from serving.

Not a bank, broker, or custodian

VIBE never holds your keys or your SOL. The Linux desk is self-custody on your machine. VibeSwap is a Jupiter interface in the browser. You sign in your own wallet. We cannot reverse a transaction. We cannot recover a lost seed, a lost vault password, or a hardware device PIN.

This is software and a website, not a broker-dealer, exchange, bank, money transmitter, or investment advisor. Nothing here is an offer of securities or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Not financial advice. Not tax advice.

VibeSwap

Jupiter routes the swap. VibeSwap takes a 0.5% app fee on top of pool fees. Quotes can move. Swaps can fail, slip, or lose money. Limit orders use Jupiter’s trigger service and can expire unfilled, fill late, or fail. Check the mint. Clones exist.

Linux desk

The desk is closed-source software, provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Verify the checksums in SHA256SUMS before you install. A download is not a custody relationship. Send, swap, stake, reclaim, NFTs, P/L, the net-worth book, Connect, and the rest of the desk run on your computer. Plugin Connect signs on this computer. It is not a hosted wallet.

Watch-only addresses cannot sign. A custom address ending is optional vanity on Linux; grinding it is your machine, your time, your choice.

Hardware

Ledger and Trezor support talks to a device you own over USB. The seed stays on the device if you use it that way. Firmware, PIN, and passphrase are between you and the manufacturer. We do not hold those keys. A slow confirm can miss a blockhash; durable nonce is optional and still your transaction.

Create token

Minting a Token-2022, setting authorities, burning, closing, or adding liquidity is you acting on-chain. VIBE is not the issuer, does not operate the mint, and does not list it for you unless you buy placement. You are responsible for what you create and for any law that applies to it.

Trading bot and mass send

The trading bot uses task wallets separate from the vault seed. Volume, holders, and similar modes can spend SOL, fail, or look like wash activity to others. You run it. Mass send pays many addresses in one confirm. Wrong destinations do not bounce. Labels stay on your machine.

Book, P/L, and names

The portfolio and P/L screens are local tools. They are not a brokerage statement, a tax lot report, or an audit of your bags. FIFO can be incomplete when history is missing. SNS .sol names resolve through third-party name services and can be wrong or hijacked. Check the address before you send.

Listings are ads

List, Boost, and Featured are paid placement on Explore, the Linux catalog, and (for Boost) a Telegram footer. Rows labeled Listed, Boost, or Promo are advertising. They are not an audit, a listing on an exchange, or a recommendation to buy.

You are buying placement, not due diligence. We can refuse a mint, change copy, or delist at any time. Payments are on-chain and public. No refunds. ADA on Sol and SOSANA are sponsors and are not billed.

Themes, Grok, MCP

Official theme packs and the AI generator are cosmetics for the desk and this site. A look is not a wallet. Grok reads public text and chain data you give it. MCP, if you enable it, talks to the local desk under a policy you set. Write tools still wait for Confirm. Default write is off.

Other people's marks

Jupiter, Phantom, Solflare, Ledger, Trezor, Raydium, DexScreener, Birdeye, GNOME, token names, and xStocks names belong to their owners. VIBE is not affiliated with them. Tokenized tickers on Solana are not shares or bars at a broker. See Risk.
